Alyse is truly a savant of personal training. I first started training with her about two years ago. I have worked with Alyse for 2 ½ years. She assesses my ability, considering my strengths and needs, and always keeps my progress front and center. She starts with assessments and creates a workout plan specifically for me. We work together for five to six sessions, then I continue for two to three months on my own, until I’m ready to return and change my plan. I am so much stronger and I’m able to support my back during my workout without injury!
